Our story
Home Haven Wellness began with a simple question:
What if home felt as restorative as your favorite spa or wellness retreat?
Our founder spent years leading high performance teams in the fintech world while juggling demanding days, long hours, and the constant feeling of being "on." Like many of us, she turned to movement, massage, and spa visits to reset. Eventually, she started building that feeling into her own space at home - first with simple rituals, then with more advanced tools like infrared saunas, cold plunges, and red light therapy.
What started as a personal sanctuary slowly became a clear mission: make it easier for other people to create that same feeling of calm, clarity, and deep recovery in their own homes, without having to sift through endless, confusing options.
